This week marked a significant milestone in my husband's life. After nearly 8 years, McDonald's has brought back the McRib sandwich! In case you didn't know, there is a cult McRib following. Just google "McRib." You'll be enlightened. It may even change your life. Over the years my husband frequently perused the fan sites to investigate McRib sightings all over the world, but was never able to actually find a McDonald's that featured the McRib on its menu. For a limited time only, all bets are off (as are all diets) because the McRib is back, baby.
